Requirements for presenters
As we gear up for a dynamic exchange of ideas, here are the essential steps and requirements for presenters:
- Active Membership Required: All presenters and panel convenors must confirm their active membership status by the registration deadline. If you’re not yet a member or need to renew your membership, please follow the instructions in the early 20244 invoice email or join as a new member online.
- Register for the Conference: Ensure your spot at the conference by registering before the deadline (date TBC). Please note that both CESS membership and conference registration are mandatory and involve separate fees.
- Obtain Acceptance Letter: For an official letter of acceptance, log into your account, verify your contact details, and click the “A” button adjacent to your approved paper title.
- Visa Assistance: Participants requiring visa invitation letters will receive assistance upon confirmation as presenters.
- Special Requests: If you have specific accessibility needs or scheduling preferences, please reach out to CESS prior to the registration deadline. We strive to accommodate all requests, though fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
