Requirements for presenters

As we gear up for a dynamic exchange of ideas, here are the essential steps and requirements for presenters:

  1. Active Membership Required: All presenters and panel convenors must confirm their active membership status by the registration deadline. If you’re not yet a member or need to renew your membership, please follow the instructions in the early 20244 invoice email or join as a new member online.
  2. Register for the Conference: Ensure your spot at the conference by registering before the deadline (date TBC). Please note that both CESS membership and conference registration are mandatory and involve separate fees.

  3. Obtain Acceptance Letter: For an official letter of acceptance, log into your account, verify your contact details, and click the “A” button adjacent to your approved paper title.

  4. Visa Assistance: Participants requiring visa invitation letters will receive assistance upon confirmation as presenters.

  5. Special Requests: If you have specific accessibility needs or scheduling preferences, please reach out to CESS prior to the registration deadline. We strive to accommodate all requests, though fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

If circumstances change and you are unable to attend, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
