Due to continuing uncertainty surrounding international travel due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, CESS is postponing its 2021 regional conference, originally scheduled to be held in Tashkent this summer. Pending improved conditions for travel, CESS and ESCAS have agreed to co-host the conference in Tashkent at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy during the summer of 2022.

Planning for our annual conference, to be held in October 2021 at the Ohio State University, continues. The format of the conference is being given active consideration by the CESS Board of Directors. Announcements and a Call for Papers will be circulated as soon as more information is available.
